Vietnam has shipped 35,000 medical masks, donated by the city of Da Nang and Vietnamese citizens, to Myanmar to help people in the Mandalay region cope with the Covid-19 pandemic.

The masks were handed over by Vietnamese Ambassador to Myanmar Ly Quoc Tuan to the Mandalay authorities at Yangon Airport on December 12.
