Stable weather forecast for three-day New Year holiday

The present weather conditions in regions across the country are predicted to remain stable with no major changes during the three-day New Year holiday, according to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.

In the next three days, from January 1-3, the Northern region will continue to face cold weather with sunlight at noon and in the afternoon, the Central region will see rain in several places while the Southern region will have sunny days.

The weather in the North will be quite nice during the three-day holiday. It is getting warmer thanks to the sun at noon and in the afternoon. In Hanoi, the highest temperature will increase from 19C on January 1 to 21C on January 2 and to 22C on January 3.

In the Central region, the weather will not be very pleasant because many places will have rain,focused in the provinces from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai.

Due to rain and clouds, the North Central region will continue to be cold for the next three days, with temperatures from 18-21C, while South Central region will witness less rain. Central provinces from Binh Dinh to Khanh Hoa in particular will still have sunny periods during the day with temperatures from 26-31C.

The Central Highlands will see the most beautiful weather during the New Year holiday with sunny weather during all 3 days and the temperature no more than 28C.

In the South, the intensity of sun will be stronger with temperatures from 31-33C.
