NDO – Five more COVID-19 patients were announced as recovered on July 20, bringing the total number of recoveries in Vietnam to 365 out of a total of 396 confirmed cases so far. |
The three Vietnamese nationals, known as Patients 358, 361, 365, 366, and 369 were released from the Hanoi-based National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, fully recovered following treatment at the medical facility. All the patients had multiple negative test results for the coronavirus, with normal health indicators, no fever, no cough and no shortness of breath, thus making them eligible for the all-clear. The latest recoveries will continue to be isolated and monitored for the next 14 days at home. As of July 21, Vietnam has gone 96 consecutive days without any new COVID-19 transmissions in the community. Vietnam has also recorded no coronavirus-related deaths. Source: Nhan Dan Online |
